Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your total delivery time includes production (1-3 business days) plus shipping time:
• USA Standard: 3-8 business days total
• USA Economy: 5-11 business days total
• International: 11-33 business days total
What shipping options do you offer?
Domestic (USA):
• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days after production
• Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days after production
International:
• Standard Shipping only: 10-30 business days after production
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide using standard shipping. Economy shipping is only available for domestic USA orders.
What is production time?
All orders require 1-3 business days for production before we ship them out. This ensures your items are carefully prepared and quality checked.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or incorrect items received.
What items cannot be returned?
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer returns for sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or design preferences. We also don't accept returns for custom items, sale items, or gift cards.
How do I request a return or refund?
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, email us at info@shirtsandgigglesbazaar.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, description of the issue, and up to 5 clear photos or 1 video.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges since our products are printed to order. If your item qualifies for a return due to damage or printing error, we'll issue a reprint or refund.
How long do refunds take?
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
What about EU customers?
EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason, but this doesn't apply to our made-to-order products.
Orders & Payment
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After production begins, changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our checkout system.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our size chart available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
How do I care for my items?
Care instructions are included with each order and can also be found on individual product pages. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying to maintain quality.
